L&T Halol Shamlaji Tollway Pvt. Ltd. operates out of L&T House in the Ballard Estate area. Our mailing address is P O Box 278. Ballard Estate is a very old part of town with a lot of history and big stone buildings. We are part of the team that looks after the tollway projects. It is a lot of administrative work and managing the details that come with big roads and infrastructure. We don't have a flashy office; it is just a place where we sit and get through the paperwork. The area around L&T House is usually busy with people working in all the different offices nearby. We have been here for a long time and the building feels like home to us. It is a bit of a commute for some of the staff but we like the professional feel of the neighborhood. We aren't doing any high-pressure sales here. Most of our day is spent looking at maps, schedules, and maintenance reports for the Shamlaji stretch. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just focus on keeping the tollway operations running as they should. Being in Ballard Estate gives us a good base to manage everything from.
