Lamba Exports

We are located in the B Mezzanine of Gitamills Arcade in Bandra West. Since it’s a mezzanine, you have to watch your head a bit if you are tall, but it’s a good space for what we do at Lamba Exports. Bandra is a loud place with all the cars and people, but once you go up the stairs into the arcade, it feels a bit more tucked away. We’ve got desks pushed against the walls and a big area in the middle for sorting through things before they get sent out. The windows don’t open much, so we rely on the AC quite a bit, even when it makes that rattling sound. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing away on some old computers that we really should replace soon. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that; you just walk straight into where the work is happening. Sometimes the delivery guys get confused about which floor we are on because the numbering in this building is a bit strange. We usually get our snacks from the little shop downstairs that sells the best samosas. It’s not a corporate environment by any means. We wear casual clothes and talk loudly to each other across the room. It’s just how we have always operated here and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done.
