La Cera Mall Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No 44-A in the Government Industrial Estate. If you are familiar with Kandivali West, you probably know the area around M.G. Road. We are right opposite the Ipca Lab, which is a big landmark that helps people find us. We deal with ceramics and tiles, hence the name. It is a busy place, especially since the industrial estate is always full of activity. Being on M.G. Road means there is a lot of traffic and people passing by all the time. We have been here for a good number of years now, and the building has seen a lot of history. It is not a shiny new mall like the ones you see in the city center, but it is our space and we have everything organized in a way that makes sense for us. The staff here knows the inventory inside out, so if someone asks for a specific type of tile, we usually know exactly where it is buried. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big billboards. Most people come to us because someone told them we were here or they saw our sign while stuck in traffic. It is a straightforward business where we sell what we have and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. The summers get pretty hot in the warehouse, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it every day.
