L. V. Constructions

You can find us at number 11 in the Veena Dalvai Shopping Center. We are right on SV Road in Jogeshwari West, which means it is always noisy outside with all the traffic and people walking by. L. V. Constructions has been in this little spot for years. The office is small and usually crowded with samples of granite, wood, and tiles. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. People often just wander in from the shopping center to ask us questions about fixing up their kitchens or adding a room. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and different work sites in the suburbs. SV Road is always a mess, so we spend more time in our cars than we’d like. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just us talking to homeowners and trying to make sure the workers show up when they say they will. Some days are better than others, especially when a project finally wraps up and looks right. We have our fair share of stress, especially with permits and delays, but we manage. We’ve lived and worked in Jogeshwari for a long time, so we know the area like the back of our hands. We just keep our heads down and keep working. It’s not fancy, but it is what we do.
