L Translation Zone

L Translation Zone is based in Malad West. We’ve been operating in this area for a while now, mostly helping people with translating their documents and other written materials. Malad West is a huge place with all kinds of businesses, and we’re just one of the smaller ones tucked away here. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy office suite. It’s just a couple of us who are good with languages sitting at our computers for most of the day. It’s a lot of staring at screens and trying to find the right words that make sense in another language. Sometimes the work is easy, like a simple birth certificate, and other times it’s really complicated stuff that takes hours of thinking. We don't use those automatic translation tools for everything because they usually get things wrong. We prefer to do it the old-fashioned way by actually reading and understanding the text. People from all over the neighborhood come to us, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the locals. It’s a quiet kind of job, which is a nice change from the busy streets of Malad outside our door. We just try to be accurate and get things back to people when we said we would. We don't do any big promotions or anything. Most of our customers just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our small sign.
