Our workshop is at Unit No. 6 in the Yac Industrial Estate on Kondivita Road. If you know Andheri East, you know how hectic the traffic can get around here, especially with all the delivery trucks coming in and out of the estates. We have been here for a good while, working with plastics and doing our manufacturing tasks. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly a scenic place to visit. It smells like machines and oil most of the time, and it gets pretty loud when everything is running at once. We don't have a fancy showroom or a place for guests to sit and drink coffee. We are usually too busy on the floor making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it, which is frustrating, but that is just how this line of work goes. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the products we send out are okay and that our customers aren't waiting too long. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we are used to it. We keep our operations pretty lean and don't spend money on things we don't need. It’s just a regular factory unit where we put in our hours and go home.
