L. Nagpal Developers is our company and you will find us at Plot No-396. Our office is in the Swan Lake Building, specifically on 14th Road in Khar West. We are situated right behind Raj Kumar Jeweller, which is a very easy landmark for most people in the neighborhood to spot. Khar West is a busy area and 14th Road always has something going on. Being in the Swan Lake Building is good because it’s a recognizable name for locals. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now, focusing on our development projects. We aren't the type to use a lot of fancy words or corporate slogans. We are just developers who have a desk and a phone at Plot No-396. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where we do all our planning and meetings. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic from 14th Road, but that is just part of being in Khar West. Having the jeweler right in front of us helps people who are visiting for the first time. We just try to do our work well and stay on schedule with our projects. It’s a straightforward operation here at L. Nagpal Developers. We don't have a big marketing team, just our staff working from this building behind the jewelry shop. We like the location and the people around here are usually quite friendly.
