L K Creative Wear

L K Creative Wear is based in Sakinaka, which everyone knows is one of the busiest spots in Mumbai for small businesses. We are over at the Samhita Complex, specifically in Unit No-20 within Building No-17. It is right near the telephone exchange, so that helps people find us among all the other units in the complex. The space is a bit tight, as you would expect in Sakinaka, but we have managed to fit all our sewing machines and cutting tables in there. Most of the time, the place is filled with the sound of machines running and people talking over the noise. We make various types of wear, and there are always stacks of fabric rolls sitting in the corners. The traffic outside on the main road is usually a nightmare, so we often stay late just to avoid the worst of the evening rush. It is a very hands-on environment where everyone is involved in some part of the garment making process. We don't have any fancy reception area or anything like that. When you walk in, you see the work happening right in front of you. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with deadlines and shipments, but we managed to keep things moving. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a long time, and we just focus on finishing the orders we have on the table each week.
