L. B. Jewellers

L. B. Jewellers is tucked away in the Deware Building, specifically at Plot No-26/2 on Bhawani Shankar Road. Being in Dadar (West) means we are right in the thick of things. The traffic on Bhawani Shankar Road never really seems to stop, so there’s always a hum of engines and horns in the background while we work. Our shop is in an older building, which gives it a bit of character. We spend our hours sitting behind the counters, looking over the gold and silver work. It’s a lot of fine detail stuff, so we use our magnifying glasses quite a bit. We get a mix of people coming in—some are regulars from the neighborhood who have been coming to Dadar for years, and others are just passing through. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s mostly just the family and a few helpers. We keep the place clean and the jewelry polished, but we don’t use any of those high-pressure sales tactics. If someone likes something, they buy it. We spend a lot of our time chatting about local news or the weather with the customers. It’s a small, practical space where we focus on the craft and the daily grind. Dadar is a busy place to be, and we’ve been part of it for a long time now. We just take things one day at a time here.
