L & T Valves Limited

The Powai campus is a pretty big place, and we are tucked away in North Block-II on the third floor. If you come in through Gate No. 1, you have to find the A wing, which can be a bit confusing for some people at first. We’ve been handling valves here for a long time now. It’s mostly just an office where we deal with the designs, the orders, and all the technical paperwork that goes into manufacturing. The view from the third floor isn't much to write home about, just the rest of the campus and the traffic on Saki Vihar Road. It gets very busy around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. Our office is pretty standard. We have rows of desks, some computers that hum all day, and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s not a place for showing off. We just focus on getting the valve specs right and making sure the factory has what they need. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a rhythm. We take our tea breaks together and complain about the Mumbai humidity. It’s just a normal workplace with people who know their jobs well. We don't really do anything flashy. We just make sure the valves are made correctly and the clients are getting what they ordered. It’s practical, sometimes a bit loud, but we get things done.
