Ksb Plastomech

Our place, Ksb Plastomech, is situated at Plot No. 1417 in Phase-3 of the GIDC at Vatva. It’s a real industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machines and trucks passing by. We’ve been here in Vatva for a good while. The workshop is where most of the work happens, dealing with plastics and mechanical parts. It’s a hands-on kind of job. The floor is usually covered in some kind of material, and there’s always a machine being serviced. We have a tiny office in the front where we keep the records and handle the billing. It’s nothing fancy, just a couple of desks and a filing cabinet that’s seen better days. The team is small, mostly local guys who know their way around the machinery. We don't have a big HR department or corporate retreats. We just show up, get the machines running, and make sure the orders are filled. Vatva can be a tough place to work when it’s hot, but we’re used to it. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest player in the GIDC, just a reliable one. People come to us because they know we’ve been here a long time. It’s a simple, hardworking life at Ksb Plastomech. We do our best and keep the machines humming along.
