Writing about 148 Hog Market. It's a busy place in Rajindra Place. We spend most of our mornings unloading things and checking lists. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of stock. People come and go all day. Sometimes the tea guy forgets our order because it's so crowded outside. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. You get used to the noise of the market after a few weeks. It’s just how things are here. We keep the ledger on the main table and try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up more than we'd like. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to move the shelves. It’s a real working space. We don't have a big reception desk. If you walk in, you’ll probably see one of us on the phone or moving a box out of the way. Rajindra Place is always humming, and we are just a small part of that. We handle the trading stuff day in and day out. It's a simple life. We know the neighbors and the guys who deliver the mail. It's not about being the biggest, just about getting the work done and going home. We like the rhythm of this market. It feels right for what we do.
