Krishna Estate

Krishna Estate is located at 22 Kandivali East in the Gayatri Darshan building. We are over in Thakur Complex, which is a pretty well-known part of the neighborhood for anyone living around here. If you know where Suruchi Hotel is, then we are just a short walk from there. It’s a decent area with plenty of families and small shops all around us. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s where we do all our daily business. We deal with a lot of local real estate stuff, mostly talking to neighbors or people looking to move into the complex. The morning starts with checking the messages and seeing who called overnight. We spend a lot of time walking around the different buildings in Thakur Complex showing people around the flats. It gets very hot in the summers, so we appreciate the shade near the hotel when we’re out on foot. Inside the office, things are a bit cluttered with keys and old ledgers. We don’t really go for the high-end look; we just want a place where people feel okay sitting down for a chat. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask about the local news. It’s a community vibe here. We’ve been at Gayatri Darshan long enough that the guards and the delivery guys all know who we are. It’s just a regular local business trying to help folks find a place to live in Kandivali.
