Kotak Exim Pvt. Ltd. is located at 311, Lotus House. We are on 33A, V. Thackersey Marg in New Marine Lines. It’s an older part of the city, but it has a lot of character. Our office isn't one of those modern glass towers. Lotus House is a solid building with a lot of history. We’ve been working out of room 311 for a good while now. It’s a practical space. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of files. Dealing with exports and imports means there is always a lot of paperwork to track. We don't have a team of people to handle our image. We just do the work ourselves. New Marine Lines is a busy area, especially during office hours. You can hear the city outside the window, but we stay focused on what’s on our desks. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. We prefer to speak plainly. If a shipment is late, we say it’s late. If things are going well, we just keep working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy "About Us" page. We just want people to know where we are and that we’re still here doing our thing. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we handle the logistics, and we go home. That’s been our routine for years and it works for us. We are just a group of people working out of an office.
