Konkans Cashew Kernels

We are located over in Borivali West, right in Shop Number 2 of the Mhatre Complex near I C Colony. It’s a cozy little spot where we handle all our cashew kernels. When you step inside, you’ll usually see stacks of cardboard boxes and big bags filled with nuts waiting to be sorted. The shop isn’t very large, so we have to be careful about how we pile things up so there’s still a path to walk to the back. We spend our hours checking the kernels, making sure they look right and getting them ready for customers. There’s a specific smell to fresh cashews that always hangs in the air here, which is actually quite nice. We use a simple counter and an old scale that’s been with us since we opened. Sometimes the floor gets a few stray shells on it during the busy hours, but we sweep up when we get a quiet moment. It’s just a regular shop where we do our business without any fuss. The Mhatre Complex is a familiar place for folks in Borivali, and we’ve become a small part of that daily rhythm. We don't have any big marketing displays, just the products sitting on the shelves for people to see. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we like being part of the local neighborhood here near the colony.
