Kishor Manraja

I’ve been running things here at Arihant Sudha Park for a while now. Ghatkopar East is where we call home, specifically over on Shanti Park Road. It’s pretty easy to find us if you know where the Police Ground is. We are just right near there in building 102. It gets busy around here, especially in the mornings, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. My name is Kishor, and I basically handle the day-to-day operations from this spot. It’s not a huge office or anything fancy, just a practical space where work gets done. People often drop by because they live nearby or they're passing through on their way to the station. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. The traffic on Shanti Park Road can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to it. We keep our doors open and just focus on what needs to be handled each day. There isn't a big team here, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing. It’s more about being part of the local community here in Mumbai. If you are around the 400077 area, you’ve probably walked past our building a dozen times without thinking much of it. We just try to keep things simple and get the work finished without making too much of a fuss about it. That’s pretty much how we’ve always done things here.
