Kirtikumar & Co. is situated at 122/3455 in Pant Nagar, which is in the Ghatkopar East area. We have been in this same spot for a very long time. The office is old and has a lot of history. The furniture is from another era, and the floors are a bit scuffed from years of people walking in and out. We don't see any reason to renovate it because it feels like home to us. We are right in the heart of Ghatkopar, so there is always a lot of activity outside. We can hear the buses and the street vendors from our desks. It’s a very lively place to work. Our team is small, and we mostly work with local folks. We don't use any fancy business talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just do our jobs and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. Sometimes we sit and have tea while we talk about the news or what's happening in the neighborhood. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. We don't have a website or a big marketing plan. We just rely on the relationships we have built over the years. It’s a traditional way of doing business, and it suits us perfectly. We just show up every day, do our thing, and look forward to the next morning. It is a steady life.
