We are located in Sun Industrial Estate, over in the Sun Mill Compound. It’s unit 317. Lower Parel is a strange mix of high-end offices and these old industrial compounds, and we’re right in the middle of it. Our space is pretty basic. We focus on hospitality solutions, which mostly means we help hotels and restaurants get the gear they need. We don’t have a glossy catalog or a big sales pitch. Usually, people just call us up when they need something specific for their kitchen or dining area. The office is often full of samples—plates, cutlery, and things like that. It can get a bit cluttered. We’ve been here for a while, and we know most of the other folks in the compound. It’s a busy place with trucks coming in and out all the time. We aren’t a huge corporation with layers of management. If you call, you’ll probably talk to the same person every time. We try to stay organized, but sometimes things get a bit messy when a big shipment arrives. We enjoy the pace of this area. There is always something happening outside our window. We don't spend money on fancy signage or advertising. We just do the work and hope people like what we do. It’s a simple operation, run by people who know the industry well. We just take it one day at a time and keep our heads down.
