Vimal Fashion

Vimal Fashion is based out of Shop No. 1 and 2 in the Davesh Chamber. Having two shops side by side gives us a bit more room to breathe, but it still feels full once we get the new stock in. We mostly deal with everyday wear. The shop is simple, with some racks along the walls and a few mirrors here and there. We spend a lot of time just re-folding shirts and trousers that people have looked through. Davesh Chamber is a well-known spot, so people find us easily enough. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day. Sometimes the light bulbs flicker and we have to get a ladder to change them. It’s just the two of us usually, making sure everything is tidy. The floors are tile and easy to sweep, which is good because people bring in a lot of dirt from the street. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people walking by or regulars who have been coming for years. We keep a ledger for the sales and a small stool behind the counter for when things get quiet. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We see the same faces every morning when the tea seller comes around. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up at night. The ceiling fan creaks a bit but it gets the job done when it is humid.
