Khans

Khans is a small shop located at number 2 in the Kbj Mansion. We are right on Lady Jamshedji Road in Mahim, which is one of the busiest parts of Mumbai. If you know where the Mahim Church is, we are directly opposite it. It’s a great spot to be because there is always something happening outside our door. Being in 400016 means we get all kinds of people, from those visiting the church to locals living in the old buildings nearby. We don’t have a huge space, but we make the most of what we have. It’s a simple operation where we focus on getting the orders out. Mumbai life is fast, so we try to keep up with the pace of the street. We aren’t a big chain with a bunch of locations; we are just this one shop in Mahim. We don’t use any of those big words to describe what we do. We just cook food and sell it to people who are hungry. Sometimes it gets a little crowded in the shop, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai. We’ve been at this address for a while and we like being part of the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward business run by regular people. We just keep things moving and hope people enjoy what we make. You can usually smell the food cooking from down the block.
