Our place is at 21-A in the Survodaya Mill Compound on Tardeo Road. We are right next to Jyoti Ice Cream, which is a nice landmark to have. The mill compound has that old Mumbai feel to it. It’s a bit tucked away from the main noise of the road. We deal with appliances here. The space is mostly filled with boxes and equipment. We have a small office area, but most of the action happens in the back. It’s an old building with high ceilings. We’ve been here for many years. You can see the history in the walls. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here forever and some newer faces. We don't go in for fancy decor. The desks are old and the chairs have been around. We just focus on the appliances and getting the orders ready. Sometimes we grab a treat from the ice cream shop next door when it’s especially hot. It’s a good community in this compound. We know the other business owners nearby. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on being here and doing the work day in and day out. It’s a solid, steady place. We keep things moving and don't make a big fuss about it. We finish up around sunset and lock the gate.
