Ken Ferns

Ken Ferns is based right on M G Road in Flat No 7 2. Being on such a famous road means there is always a lot of noise and energy right outside the door. Our space is actually a flat, so it feels much more like a home than a cold office building. We have set up our workstations in the main rooms. It is a bit tight when we have more than a few people inside, but we make it work. The kitchen is still there, so we can make ourselves a quick snack or some tea whenever we need a break. We don't have big signs or flashy lights. Most people just know we are here in the building. The elevator is a bit slow and sometimes it is just faster to take the stairs if you aren't carrying too much. We do our work here quietly. It involves a lot of focus and sometimes we sit in silence for hours just getting things right. We don't have any corporate slogans or big posters on the walls. It is mostly just shelves filled with things we need for our daily tasks. The view from the window is mostly just other buildings and the tops of cars moving along M G Road. It is a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a big fancy headquarters. We like the simplicity of it and it keeps us grounded in what we do every day.
