We’ve been at Nariman Point for many years, so we’ve become part of the furniture around here. The daily routine involves a lot of checking market prices and talking to suppliers across the country. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or corporate retreats. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The staff has been with us for a long time, so we work well together without needing much instruction. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just the nature of the spice trade.
