Our small office is tucked away at House No 138 on Plot No 1 in the Dharampeth area of Nagpur. It’s a busy neighborhood, which is good for an ecommerce setup like ours. We spend most of our time staring at screens or packing things up to send out to customers across the region. Dealing with deliveries in Maharashtra can be a bit of a headache sometimes with the traffic, but we manage somehow. We aren’t some huge tech giant, just a few local people trying to run a shop online and keep everything organized on the shelves. The space is a bit cramped when we get a big shipment in, but we make it work. Most days are just a mix of answering customer queries and making sure the inventory matches what we show on the site. We don't have any flashy slogans or big mission statements around here. We just show up at the Dharampeth office, drink some chai, and get through the list of orders for the day. It’s a lot of manual work behind the scenes that people don't see. Sometimes the internet acts up, or a delivery gets delayed, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's a local business run by local people who know the streets of Nagpur well. We've been at this address for a bit now and it feels like home to us after all this time. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
