We are located on the first floor, right opposite Shree Niketan Apartment. Our shop is near the Lalji Pada Police Chowki on Link Road in Kandivali West. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re here, we have plenty of clothes to look at for men and women. Being near the police chowki makes it easy to find us if you’re new to the area. The Link Road is always jammed with traffic, so there is a constant sound of horns and engines coming through the windows. We deal with all sorts of garments, from shirts to pants and dresses. The racks are pretty full, and sometimes it’s hard to move between them without bumping into something. We spend a lot of time tagging new stock and putting things on hangers every morning. The light coming in from the front windows is good, but we have a lot of tube lights too so people can see the colors clearly before they buy. We see a lot of people from Charkop coming by on their way home. It’s a neighborhood store, really. We don't have any fancy displays or models, just the clothes on the racks and some mirrors. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans on high. My brother helps me manage the floor when the weekend crowd comes in. It’s a lot of folding and re-folding after people try things on. We’ve been in this Kandivali spot for some time now. It's a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of everything on Link Road.
