We are located in Jogeshwari West, right inside the Ivy Centre at Prabhat Estate. Most of our days are spent in Gala 108 and 109 on the first floor. It is a busy spot on Patel Estate Road, and there is always some noise from the street coming up through the windows. The area around Prabhat Nagar is filled with small units like ours, all working on different things. We handle clothing, so there are always stacks of fabric and half-finished pieces lying around on the tables. It gets a bit crowded when a new shipment comes in, and we have to move things around to make space for everyone to walk. Our staff usually takes their lunch breaks together, and we often get tea from the small shop just outside the gate. The building itself is old, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk up the stairs and find us working. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs anyway. It’s a practical place for a business like ours. We spend a lot of time checking the stitching and making sure the colors look right under the tube lights. It’s not always glamorous, especially when the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit of a mess, but we keep at it. Most of the people around here know us by now.
