Kamal Chhaya Bar & Restaurant is tucked away in Chenoy Estate on Veera Desai Road. It’s a busy part of Andheri (W), so there’s always something happening outside. We open up in the later part of the day and stay open until it’s quite late. The vibe in Chenoy Estate changes once the sun goes down and people finish their work in the nearby offices. Our place isn't one of those trendy spots you see in magazines; it’s more of a local hangout where people feel comfortable. The furniture has been around for a while, and the walls have that worn-in look that only comes from years of service. At Kamal Chhaya Bar & Restaurant, we see a lot of the same faces every evening. People come in to sit for a while and talk after a long shift. The air is usually filled with the sound of chatter and the clinking of glasses. Veera Desai Road is always buzzing with cars and people, but once you step inside, it’s a bit more relaxed. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been here long enough to know how everything works. It’s a simple setup in Andheri (W) without any unnecessary fuss. We just keep the lights on and the drinks ready for whoever walks through the door in Chenoy Estate. It’s what we’ve always done and we like it that way.
