Our place is at Kuntal Modi Estate, right on LBS Marg in Ghatkopar West. It’s unit number 3. If you’ve ever driven down LBS Marg, you know the traffic is no joke. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The estate has a lot of different businesses, but we mostly stick to our corner. It’s a practical space for Kalpesh Synthetics. We don’t have any marble floors or glass walls. It’s mostly just stacks of materials and the sound of work being done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We have a few long-time workers who know exactly where everything is stored. The office part is just a small section partitioned off from the main area. It gets dusty because of the road outside, so we’re always cleaning. We don’t do big presentations or anything. Usually, it’s just us talking over the phone or checking the latest arrivals. Most people who come here are regulars who know the way. It’s a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, and we have to shuffle things around. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff. It’s a straightforward business in a busy part of the city. We like being in Ghatkopar because everything is close by, even if the noise never really stops. We just keep moving and handle the orders as they come.
