Kallubhai Embroidery

Kallubhai Embroidery is located right in the middle of the bustle at Mumbai Central, specifically near the Ice Compound on Maulana Shaukat Road. It is a busy area and our workshop is usually full of the sound of machines and people working. We have been doing this for a long time in this same spot. The space is filled with threads of all colors and different types of fabric waiting to be worked on. It gets quite crowded inside, especially when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room, just the benches where the embroidery happens. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute to the Ice Compound a bit of a mess, but we still open up and get to work. People around Mumbai Central know where to find us if they need some detailed stitching done. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside and the work inside, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don't use any high-end marketing tricks. We just let the work speak for itself. Most of the guys here have been doing embroidery for years, so their hands move fast without even thinking about it. We just focus on getting the patterns right and finishing the bundles on time. There's always a lot of dust and bits of thread on the floor, but that's what happens in a place that's actually busy doing real work.
