N. S. U. Fashion

You can find N. S. U. Fashion at the Souri Building, specifically on the 3rd Floor at 74/80 Babu Genu Road. This is right in the heart of the Kalbadevi Road area. If you know Kalbadevi, you know it’s one of the most crowded places to be, but that’s where all the action is. To get to us, you have to walk up the stairs of the Souri Building. It’s an old building, and the stairs are a bit steep and narrow. By the time you reach the third floor, you might be a bit out of breath. Our space is mostly taken up by sewing tables and stacks of fabric. It’s a busy environment. We have several people working here, and there’s always the sound of scissors or machines. Babu Genu Road is always packed with people and carts, so it’s never quiet. We keep the windows open for some air, but it brings in all the city noise. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s a bit messy with scraps of cloth on the floor, but we clean up at the end of every day. We don’t have a showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we make clothes. It’s practical and it’s in a location that puts us right where we need to be for the trade. We just keep our heads down and get the stitching done as best as we can every single day.
