Krishi Exports

If you have ever been to Kalbadevi, you know exactly how packed and loud it gets. Krishi Exports is located at No. 738 on Sir Vithal Das Gally, right in the middle of the M. J. Market. It is a very tight squeeze to get anywhere. You have to walk past all the handcarts and people carrying heavy loads of fabric just to reach our entrance. The office itself is quite old, with high ceilings and these thick wooden beams that look like they have been there forever. It always smells like a mix of old paper and the spices from the shops nearby. Since we deal with exports, there is always someone shouting into a phone or checking the latest shipping dates. It feels chaotic, but we have a way of doing things that works for us. The lighting is a bit dim and the wiring is all visible along the walls. We do not have much room for guests, just a couple of old wooden chairs near the door. Most of the business happens right there in the alleyway or over the small wooden counter. We have been in this market for a long time now. You see the same people every day, like the tea sellers and the other traders. It is a noisy and hot part of the city, but we are used to it by now. We just handle the shipments and keep track of the stock.
