Bafna Textiles

Bafna Textiles is located right in the middle of Kalbadevi. Specifically, we are at 41 Dr Mb Velkar Street. We are on the 1st floor of Vishram Bhavan. It’s tucked away in Kolbhat Lane. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded and busy these streets can get. It’s always noisy with people moving fabric and carts going by. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. Vishram Bhavan is one of those old-school Mumbai buildings that has seen a lot of years. Our floor is usually stacked with stuff. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just a workspace where we handle the textiles. Being on the first floor helps a bit with getting things in and out, but the lane is narrow, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze. We like the area though. It feels like real work is happening here every day. The address is 400002 if you’re looking at a map. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just run Bafna Textiles from this spot and try to keep up with the pace of Kalbadevi. It’s a lot of climbing stairs and moving boxes, but that’s the way it goes here. We've got a small crew and we just do our thing without complaining about the heat or the crowds. It is a busy life in a busy part of town.
