K. K. Enterprises

K. K. Enterprises is located at D-2, inside the Saraswat Cooperative Housing Society Limited on Laburnam Road. It’s in the Gamdevi area, which is a bit of an older, quieter part of town with a lot of character. Running a business out of a housing society means we have to be mindful of our neighbors. It’s not your typical commercial office block. We have a small space where we manage our daily operations. It’s mostly just desks, a couple of computers, and shelves full of files that have been there for years. We like the atmosphere on Laburnam Road; it feels more like a community than a business district. We aren't into slick marketing or trying to impress people with big words. We just do the work that comes our way. Some days the building is very quiet, and other times there’s a lot of chatter in the hallways. We’ve been here long enough that everyone knows who we are. We handle our accounts and our clients with a bit of a personal touch because that’s just how we are. It’s a small-scale operation, and we like it that way. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy boardrooms. Just a simple office in a nice old building where we get our chores done and try to be helpful to the people who call us. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
