We have been working out of Champaklal Udyog Bhavan for quite a long time now. If you know the Sion area at all, we are located right next to the Sion Telephone Exchange in Sion East. It is unit number 217. It is a pretty busy neighborhood with a lot of noise from the street, but it keeps us on our toes. Our name is Jupiter Refrigeration Industries Pvt. Ltd., but we aren't some big, fancy corporate office with glass walls and carpets. It is a practical workspace where we focus on refrigeration units and industrial parts. Most days are spent handling technical queries or sorting out orders for different clients. The building is an older industrial block that has been around for years, and we like being here because it is fairly central for getting across Mumbai. Even if the traffic near the exchange is a total nightmare during the evening rush, we manage. We don’t really do any big marketing or have a team for sales pitches. We just prefer to talk to people directly and get the job done. The staff here is small and most of us have been doing this for a decade or more. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical side of things every single day.
