Juliet Apparels Limited is situated at 227 Nilgiri Industrial Estate on T. J. Road. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. It’s a very practical environment. T. J. Road is usually busy with transport vehicles and people moving goods back and forth. Our unit, number 227, is a solid space that gives us the room we need to handle our production. It’s not a place designed for visitors or fancy meetings. The floors are hard, the lighting is bright, and the focus is entirely on the garments we are making. We’ve been at the Nilgiri Industrial Estate for a good while, so we’ve settled into a steady routine. Every morning starts with checking the machines and setting up the workstations. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate talk here. We’re just regular people who know how to work with fabric. The air in the estate is always full of the sounds of industry, which keeps us motivated to stay on track. We don't have a big polished image to maintain. We just care about getting the work done and making sure the items we finish are handled properly. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense way of doing things. When the day is over, we lock up the unit and head home, ready to do the same thing tomorrow. It’s just a normal, hardworking part of T. J. Road.
