Jugaldas Damodar Mody Company has its home at Mody Estates on L. B. S. Marg. We are situated in Chirag Nagar, which is part of Ghatkopar (West). This place has a lot of history for us. The estate itself is quite old and has that classic feel you don't see much anymore. Being on L. B. S. Marg means we deal with a lot of noise from the main road, but that’s just part of being in Ghatkopar. We’ve got a fairly large space here to manage our business. It’s mostly just desks, a few old chairs, and a lot of cabinets filled with years of paperwork. We aren't the type of company to have a lot of modern decorations. We prefer things that last. The people around here have known us for a long time. We see the same faces every morning when we open up. Sometimes the rains make the entrance a bit muddy, but we just sweep it out and keep going. It’s a busy life here in the West, and we try to keep up with everything without making a big fuss. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to do our work properly and be fair. This has been our spot for a long time and we like it. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but we are still here doing the same things.
