Safa Garments

We have been operating Safa Garments out of the Veena Dalvai Industrial Estate for quite some time now. Our unit is at No. 161, which is right off S. V. Road in Oshiwara. If you know Jogeshwari West, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their units. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get the cutting and sewing done every day. The estate is usually loud with machines running, and our place is the same. We have a small team of workers who have been with us through many seasons. Most of them live nearby, so they walk or take the rickshaw. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It is honest work, making clothes and keeping up with the orders that come in. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people find us because they are already in the industrial area or they know the family. We just keep our heads down and try to finish the bundles on time. The building is old, but it stays cool enough in the summer if the fans are working right. It is just how things go in this part of town, really. We are fine with it.
