Al Imran Exports

Our place, Al Imran Exports, is over in Jogeshwari West on Hill Road. It’s a lively neighborhood and there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for a bit, just handling the day-to-day things that come with the business. The area around Hill Road has a lot of small shops and people moving around all the time. Our space isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for us. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. Sometimes the monsoon makes things a bit messy on the road, but that’s just life in Mumbai. Inside, it’s mostly just piles of papers and the sound of the fan running. We don't really do much in terms of decorating. It’s an honest workspace where we focus on our tasks. Being in Jogeshwari means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. We know the other shopkeepers around here and we usually stop to chat for a minute when we’re out getting lunch. It’s not a high-end corporate office, just a local spot where we put in our hours. We like it this way because it’s simple. There’s no need for anything more than a desk and a chair to get the job done. We’re just regular people working out of a regular building on Hill Road.
