You can find us over at the Meher Tiles Compound on Subhash Road. We are in units 10 and 11. It's in Jogeshwari East, which is a busy part of the city. Being in a compound like this means we share the space with a few other businesses. There’s always someone moving something or a truck blocking the driveway. At Topller Fashions India Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days dealing with various types of clothing. The space is fairly large, with high ceilings that keep it from getting too stuffy. We have stacks of boxes piled up near the entrance. Most of the time, the floor is covered in threads and small pieces of cloth. We try to sweep up at the end of the day, but it’s a never-ending job. The light in the morning is really good for checking colors, so we do our inspections then. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations. We'd rather just focus on the garments. The rain sometimes leaks through a small spot in the roof, but we just put a bucket under it and keep moving. That’s just life in an older industrial compound.
