Style N Me

Style N Me is located right in No. 7 Jayant Chawl. We are pretty close to Maharaj Bhawan in the Thakur Nagar area. If you know Majas Road in Jogeshwari East you know it can get really crowded. We like being here though. It feels like a real community. The shop isn't huge but we make it work. We have mirrors and chairs and all the usual things you’d expect. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the water is slow but that is just part of being in this part of town. We don’t have a website or a big sign. Most people find us because they live on the next street over or they heard about us from a cousin. We do hair and some other things to help people look a bit better for weddings or just for work. It is a lot of standing on your feet all day. My back hurts by evening but talking to the regulars makes the time go fast. We hear all the local gossip while we work. It is more like a hangout spot than a stiff business. We don't put on an act here. What you see is what you get. Just local people working in Jogeshwari. We try to keep the place clean but hair gets everywhere no matter what. It is a busy life but we are used to the noise and the people.
