Jhankar Fashions

Jhankar Fashions is situated in Unit No.-105 of the East West Industrial Centre. This is right on the Kurla Andheri Road, near Safeedpul in Sakinaka. It’s a very busy part of the city, with constant traffic and noise. Our unit is basically a workspace where we handle our fashion business. It’s an industrial building, so it’s built for work, not for looks. We have rolls of fabric and finished clothes stacked up in various corners. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in Sakinaka for quite a long time now. It’s a good spot for being in the middle of all the trade. The commute can be a bit of a struggle because of the road conditions, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of fancy offices. It’s just us working on the floor every day. We don't really have a polished mission or anything like that. We just want to get the orders finished and out the door. Some days are stressful, but we just keep going. It’s a practical environment and it fits the kind of work we do. We’re just local people running a fashion business in a busy industrial hub. The building is full of all sorts of small companies, so there’s a bit of a community feel here. We all deal with the same traffic and power cuts.
