Jamnadas Ruttonsey & Company

Jamnadas Ruttonsey & Company has been operating out of the Bell Building for quite a long time. Our office is at number 24 on the 19th floor, right on Sir P.M. Road. It’s one of those old buildings with a lot of character and some very slow elevators. Being in the Fort area, the streets are always packed with people and the sounds of the city never really stop. Our office isn't very modern; we have old wooden desks and piles of papers that have been around for years. We like it that way. It’s a quiet place compared to the chaos downstairs on Sir P.M. Road. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have known each other forever. We don't do any big promotions or try to sound like a multinational firm. We just handle our business matters one day at a time. Sometimes the building gets a bit drafty during the monsoon, but we just shut the windows and keep working. People know us because we’ve been here in the same spot for so long. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it has worked for us. We aren't looking to change much. We just show up, do the work, and head home in the evening like everyone else. There's no fancy mission statement here, just a group of people doing their jobs in a historic building.
