We’ve been working out of the Topiwala Building for a while now. It’s in the A Wing, right there in Parel, basically next to the ITC Hotel. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. People come in asking about property stuff, maybe wanting to buy or rent something in the city. We just sit down and talk through what’s available. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and local rules, so we try to keep things straightforward. If you’re walking past the hotel, you’ll find us easily enough on the second floor. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we get work done and answer phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but that’s just how Parel is. We know the neighborhood well because we spend all our time here. Whether someone is looking for a small flat or something bigger, we just look at the listings and see what fits. We don't do big speeches or fancy presentations. Most of the day is just spent checking documents and talking to landlords or people looking for a place. It’s a job like any other, really. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. The building itself is familiar to most folks around here. We just keep our heads down and help out whoever walks through the door needing a bit of advice on where to move next. We're usually here from morning until the sun goes down.
