Iopea

We are located over at Nariman Point, in the Bajaj Bhuvan building, units 78 and 79. Iopea has been around this part of the city for quite some time. Nariman Point is known for being a business hub, but we try to keep things down-to-earth in our office. It’s a functional space. We don’t have all the latest high-tech gadgets or a minimalist design. It’s just a place where we sit down and get things done. The view of the sea is nice, but we’re usually too busy with work to notice it much. We deal with various business matters, and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. The staff here are mostly locals who have been in the industry for a long time. We don't use a lot of fancy titles or corporate speak. We just talk to each other like normal people. It’s a bit of a traditional setup, but it works for us. Sometimes the building gets a bit crowded, and the elevators can be slow, but that’s just part of being in this area. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to do our jobs well and go home at the end of the day. It’s a simple approach, but it’s served us well over the years. We’re just a small team in a big building, doing our daily work. There is always plenty to do, so we just keep our heads down and get on with it.
