Ingersoll Rand Climate Solution Pvt. Ltd. (Thermo King)

We are based in Unit 31 on the third floor of Kalpatru Square, which is at the second level of the building. Being on Andheri Kurla Road means we are right in the middle of all the Mumbai bustle. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. Our office is a practical space where we handle the climate solution side of things. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a series of desks and some meeting rooms that get used a lot for planning. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the traffic down below. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building is a bit too cold, ironically enough. We have a lot of folders and equipment manuals lying around because that’s what we deal with every day. Ingersoll Rand has a presence here, but it feels more like a local branch where we all know each other. The coffee machine in the breakroom is temperamental, and we usually end up going out for tea instead during our breaks. It’s a fast-paced environment because of the location, but we try to keep things grounded. We don’t go for big speeches or polished presentations. It’s more about the daily tasks, the phone calls, and the technical details. Most of us have been navigating this same commute for a long time. It’s just a regular office where we do our best to stay on top of things.
