Indu Sampat

We are located in Borivali West, right on the 6th floor of C Wing in Flat No 88. Indu Sampat is a small operation, and being up on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings in this part of Mumbai. It’s a residential complex, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district at all. We like the quietness of being higher up, away from the constant street noise of Borivali. The office is really just a converted apartment space. We have our files, a couple of computers, and some chairs for when people visit. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in ties or formal wear. We usually just wear simple clothes and get to work on whatever is on the desk. Dealing with the elevator in the morning is probably our biggest daily challenge. Sometimes it’s a bit crowded with residents, but that’s just part of Mumbai life. We focus on our daily routines and keeping things organized. There isn't any fancy marketing team here; it’s just us handling the paperwork and the phone calls. We don't have a big sign outside the gate. You just have to know which wing and which floor to come to. It’s a practical setup that saves on costs and lets us focus on the work itself. We appreciate the local feel of the neighborhood and just get through the work without any extra fluff or fancy talk.
