Inditex

The place where we work, Inditex, is located at C-160 in the Guru Gobind Singh Industrial Estate. It is right near Jaycoach, just off the Western Express Highway in Goregaon East. If you have ever driven on the highway around here, you know how the traffic can get, so getting to the estate in the morning is always a bit of a challenge. The building itself is a standard industrial structure, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, it is a hive of activity with people constantly moving back and forth. We have a lot of space to manage, and it can get quite loud with the general noise of the industrial estate surrounding us. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies with glass walls and fancy plants. It is a functional space where the main goal is to keep operations running smoothly. We spend a lot of time looking at logistics and making sure things are where they need to be. The heat in Goregaon can be pretty intense, so the fans are always going. Most of us have been working here for a while and we have a routine that works for the team. We don't really bother with big speeches or corporate jargon. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay ahead of the schedule as best we can. Working at C-160 has its ups and downs, but we just get through the day together and do the work.
