India Fashions Limited is situated in the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate on SJ Marg. We are in unit A-2/369. This building has been here for a long time and it houses a lot of garment businesses like ours. We’ve been operating from this spot for many years. It’s a very traditional industrial space. We don't have any polished floors or modern art on the walls. It’s just our workspace with tables, chairs, and stacks of cloth. Despite the name sounding big, we are just a regular group of people working in the trade. We spend our time managing the production and talking to the people we buy our materials from. It’s a lot of routine work. The area can get very crowded, especially when the shifts change in the other units. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just rely on the work we’ve done over the years. We usually start our day with a quick talk about what needs to be finished. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of dust and noise, but it’s what we know. We don't have a mission statement or any of those corporate phrases. We just want to make sure the garments are ready when they are supposed to be. It’s a practical, straightforward way of running things. We just come in and do our jobs like everyone else here.
