In New Sharp

In New Sharp is located in Dahisar West, Mumbai, specifically at 501, Diamond Park. We are on Jayawant Sawant Road in Disilva Nagar. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded the trains can get, and getting to Dahisar is a journey in itself every morning. Our office is on the fifth floor, so we have a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings in Diamond Park. It’s a typical Mumbai office space—functional and a bit tight. The 400068 area is always moving. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the humidity and the constant noise of the city. The building has an elevator, but sometimes it’s faster to just wait or take the stairs if you are only going a few floors. Jayawant Sawant Road is always packed with traffic, so we hear the honking all day long. We have some basic desks and a small area where we keep our bags. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy art on the walls. We are just a group of people working together. Lunch breaks are usually quick, maybe a sandwich from a nearby stall or something brought from home. When the monsoon hits, the view from the window just turns grey, and we all hope the trains are still running. It’s a real, busy life here in Mumbai-68, and we just take it one day at a time. The office door sticks a bit when it's raining, but we just pull harder.
