Hot Property

We are located over at the Midday Multimedia Ltd area in Parel. The name of our business is Hot Property. Being in Parel means we are right in the thick of things in Mumbai. It is always loud and busy outside, but inside our office, we try to keep things a bit more organized. We spend a lot of time looking at listings and talking to people about where they want to live or work. Real estate in this city is always a bit of a headache, so we try to make it a little easier for people. We aren't some massive agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who know the local streets and buildings pretty well. We have piles of folders on our desks and the phone rings quite a lot. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find a place that fits what they need. Sometimes we are out visiting sites, and other times we are stuck here doing paperwork. It’s a bit of a mix. We’ve been in this Parel location for a while because it is central to everything. We don't have a polished showroom, just a functional space where we get the job done every day. It might look a bit messy with all the maps on the wall, but we know where everything is.
